Return Policy

Grab Your Tackle offers a full 60 day money back guarantee on all products sold by Grab your tackle. This is in addition to the Guarantees made by Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible for return under the 60 day money back guarantee product must be

In original packaging
Same condition as sold (i.e. not damaged or used)
Fit for resale

Please note that shipping and postage fees are not subject to refund under the 60 day money back guarantee. Compensation will not be provided for costs associated with returning products to our facilities.

Grab Your Tackle will allow return and refunds outside of this policy where required by law. Such as when:

The product has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the product had they have known of it.
The product has multiple minor problems that when taken as whole, would have stopped someone buying the product had they have known of them.
It doesn’t do what you asked and can’t be fixed within a reasonable period of time.
It is unsafe

If a minor issue is present we may choose to have the product repaired within a reasonable time period at our discretion.

Legitimately Faulty products may be returned under this policy and do not have to be returned in original packaging and a return label will be issued to cover return postage expense. If a returned product is not deemed to be legitimately faulty then a refund may not be issued.

Grab Your Tackle will only ever offer refunds of the original purchase price. After the expiration of the 60 day money back grantee change of mind returns will not be accepted.
